spending months, if not years, looking at houses and floorplans, Gerri
found THE house on (of all places) the internet. The original floorplans
were found at a web site called "The HousePlan Company". After

The
floorplan called
Southern
Style II needed just some minor modifications to the
Original layout. We wanted walk-in
closets in all bedrooms and we didn't need a wet-bar in the family room.
We also wanted a different elevation than that shown on the original
plans. Through our builder we were put in contact with an archetectual
firm called DesignOne. Our Builder is Great Western Custom Homes.
